Tran began his career in manufactured housing with Advantage Homes in year 2000, and by 2002, he was the #1 top producer and agent of the year. He has built a strong referral system, with many of his clients “coming as a result of previously satisfied customers.” Tran provides that his success came from a base of hard work and knowledge development, as he is a Licensed Realtor® and licensed by the Department of Housing as a manufactured home sales agent.

We trade-in our 1978 mobile home to a new 2018 Skyline Manufactured home. We moved in before the Christmas holidays and we are enjoying it tremendously. It was a hard decision for us because we love our old home but due to insistent frequent repairs, we decided to consider replacing it with a new one. We went to several display centers to check out new model homes and none of them were helpful.
We tried Alliance Homes and meet with Tran Tran. He explained to us all the options we need to think about whether we would want to sell, trade-in or cash out our old home. He is very patient and accommodating with us. It was a very long process and a lot of questions and concerns along the way but Tran efficiently made it easy for us. He is very knowledgeable and very respectful. He always made himself available to us even it is his day-off, he will come to his office to meet with us. It is really important to find someone who can support us in our needs. Tran really tried his best to make our transition easy and worry-free.
Our new home was finished on time even though the weather was not cooperating because it was raining frequently. I was able to meet the set-up crew as I am visiting the home each time I pick up our mails. All of them are helpful, friendly, efficient, and would gladly give me a wave or an update if they see me walk by.

My husband and I want to give a huge thank you to Tran and his wife/business partner, Lan, for helping us determine the options of selling my deceased mother’s mobile home. After just a few minutes of conversation we totally trusted their experience, professionalism and their compassion to our needs. Now that my family and I have reached the end of a very tiring and lengthy process, we have our dream home! We got a it exactly the way we want it: 9-foot tray ceilings with crown molding, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, textured walls, tile stand-in showers, skylights, and LED can lights throughout all in an energy-efficient Energy Star-certified home. It was extremely important for me to find a supportive company that would walk me through the process and answer any questions I may have.
I want to say a big thank you to agent Tran for handling everything for us from start to finish. Tran is very knowledgeable in the Manufactured Home industry because of his many years of experience. He was very patient, especially with a new and indecisive home buyer. He assured me that everything was going to be okay and walked my family and I through the entire process. He never made me feel as if I were a bother and was very respectful towards me and my family. He gave me feedback on all the decisions I made to ensure I created a home that would best fit my family and I’s needs. Thank you Tran for all of your help, understanding and patience.
It’s very important to find someone that knows their stuff and at the same time mesh with you. It could be a very stressful and tiring process, especially for a new home buyer, so understanding each other is key! I wanted someone who would be readily available to answer any questions I had, and Tran is really responsive. With this type of industry as the customer, always make sure to be on top of everything and never be afraid to ask questions! His quick responses were a huge factor in making this process a lot easier. We will continue to refer all of our friends, family and neighbors to you!

I cannot say enough good things about Alliance Manufactured Homes and how amazing their staff are. Their manufactured homes are simply beautiful that demonstrates the utmost quality. So far throughout the whole experience at looking at their display model homes and learning more about the process in regards to a trade-in have been very informative. Anyone you talk to at Alliance are respectable and are willing to help out any future home owner. I believe that what makes them the best in the industry is that they are constantly offering a vast array of design options accompanied with their in-house marketing department, finance department, insurance branch, and construction company.
So far throughout my experience in inquiring about the homes they offer, my family and I met agent Tran Tran. Tran was always polite, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable in the whole process. Tran is easy to work with and keeps my family and I informed all the way through. We are very grateful to have found him as he helped to ease the stress of figuring out the process of a trade-in.
