Business partners since 1991, Art was a major part of the success of their first company. Now joining Alliance, Art again brings his vast knowledge of construction, real estate, and the manufactured home business to bear in helping customers achieve their goals of affordable home ownership.

A graduate of Westmont High School, Bill is an expert in manufactured home setup, repair, and maintenance. As the owner of Ebert Construction, he began setting manufactured homes in the early 90’s. His company grew to be the largest manufactured home installer in California, setting over 5,000 homes and employing over 150 workers in the process. Now forming the Alliance group, his construction expertise allows us to be uniquely positioned as a full-service company.

A graduate of Westmont High School, Steve served as Lead Superintendent for Ebert Construction for over 13 years and has successfully coordinated the delivery and setup of thousands of new manufactured homes. Now as President of Alliance MH Installation, he provides his overall construction expertise to ensure the company continues to provide the same high quality construction and service he has become known for.

A graduate of Westmont High School, Glenn has known many of his current partners since childhood. He founded and ran the largest manufactured home dealership in California from 1991 to 2006. With Glenn at the helm, the company sold over 800 new homes a year. Now President of Alliance Homes, Glenn is again focused on providing the best quality of homes, value, and service in the industry.

A resident of Santa Cruz, Ryan is passionate about working with the county to revitalize the manufactured home communities in his hometown. He has completed several projects, the most recent of which saw 26 new affordable homes placed into a park with a completely new infrastructure. Ryan is focused on providing the best value possible to the customer.

A custom home builder with a degree in architecture, Ara founded the Alliance group in 2006. Ara brought his expertise in construction and design to the manufactured home industry over 14 years ago and is excited about the new standard in home building established by the Alliance Designer Series. A resident of the East Bay, Ara can help you with any East Bay housing needs.

April started as a customer service/warranty person in 2005, helping families and seniors get all service issues and warranty work taken care of quickly with minimal cost or inconvenience. April is a strong advocate for her clients and is committed to ensuring that their hard earned money is wisely spent.

April learned to navigate the factory service and production processes inside and out, which made moving into home sales a natural progression–allowing her to help even more new homeowners avoid the costly mistakes that inexperienced home designers make.

Her extensive knowledge of factory home construction along with her design degree allows April to design and build the most beautiful yet functional homes seen in our local manufactured home communities.

April has been Top New Home Sales Agent for all five years she has been selling Alliance Manufactured.

Dave Smith

Graduate of Westmont High School in Campbell, with further education at West Valley and Cabrillo in constructional tech. Dave is a journeyman Carpenter, licensed general contractor, and a licensed Realtor. Dave started in a customer service/warranty fulfillment position in the manufactured housing industry in 1998. He worked with new home buyers and became familiar with all the different home manufacturers. Dave was given an opportunity in sales in 2005. In 2010 Dave worked closely with the residents of Oakridge MHP that lost their homes and all their belongings in the Sylmar fire and was able to help them get their lives back with brand new custom designed homes. Dave has called the Central Coast home since 1984. He lives there with his wife and two children and manages The Alliance office in Sunny Soquel.

Connie Smith is a licensed Manufactured Home Sales Associate & Real Estate agent. She started her career in the late 80’s working as a Realtor for Century 21 where she was awarded top producer three times. As a San Jose native, she is very familiar with local the local housing market and its neighborhoods.
Connie joined the Alliance Family in June of 2007. Since then, she has helped existing mobile home residents upgrade their homes to beautiful, brand new manufactured homes, sold single family residences, and helped first-time manufactured homeowners become owners; all while earning the title of Top Re-sale Agent in 2009 & 2010.
Her success has included selling listings in their first week on the market and properly educating clients on community living and purchasing. She attributes her success to the fact that the Alliance Team has a strong network of associates that enables her to provide quality products and services to her clients. Having been in customer service for several years, Connie understands that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance.
