Prior to upgrading to our new home my family of 5 adults were living in a 2-bedroom 2-bath 1,100 square foot 1964 mobile home. The home was incredible small and completely outdated. The walls were made of a Masonite material, the windows offered limited protection from the elements and if we used too many appliances at one time the breakers would constantly fail.

We were referred by our niece (who also upgraded her home) to Alex Ho; we went to Alliance Homes and were met with nothing but smiles and encouragement from the time we entered their offices. We were introduced to Alexander Ho (our salesmen) and instantly developed a relationship that has continued far beyond the purchase of our home. Alex catered to of every need regarding the purchase and insured that we were completely satisfied throughout the entire process. There were many steps in the process of customizing our home that I never imagined existed, but I was comforted knowing that Alex was both competent and knowledgeable to address all our concerns.

Throughout the process we spent countless hours over several days on the phone, in his office and emailing to ensure that every detail was gone over and understood by both he and us. The communication was key because of the many changes that take place as we were making decisions.

We were told at the onset that once our old home was removed it would be approximately 10-weeks to complete the process of delivery and setup; we were pleasantly surprised that despite all the rain we had, it only took 8 weeks. When we did the walk through, we were amazed at how all the small details came together so well to create a beautiful home. We are so pleased with every upgrade we chose from the crown molding to the 60-foot awing that completely covers our driveway. We upgraded everything we possibly could just so we could move in without having to do anything.

I would tell anyone reading this review; if you can upgrade your home do so and I also highly recommend Alexander Ho as your sales agent and Alliance Manufactured Homes as your dealer.

During a period of significant life transitions, including selling my home of 18 years and purchasing a new one for a fresh start, as well as investing in a property for future financial security, I encountered the challenge of finding the perfect realtor to guide me through this complex process. At an open house, I had the opportunity to meet Alexander (Alex) Ho, whose genuine sincerity, authenticity, and infectious enthusiasm convinced me that he was the ideal person to assist me in navigating through this process.

We were looking for a manufactured home in a mobile home park as our retirement resident. After searching the bay area mobile home parks, we determined on Timber Cove. We then went to look at Alliance Manufactured Home models, and that’s where we met Alex Ho for the first time. He thoroughly and patiently shown and explained to us the beautiful model homes, which was very helpful for us to make this important decision. We then asked him to look for a mobile home sales in Timber Cove for us.

Next morning Alex called that there is one on the market and arranged to show to us immediately. Upon seeing the property, the home is exactly the same quality as the model homes on the Alliance MH model lot. And it is exactly what we look for. So we bought the property.

For the next few days, Alex went through all the home purchase process with us informatively, smoothly, and responsively. Moreover, he prepared us with the property management paperwork which made the mobile park space rental application approved quickly. It was a pleasant experience.

Alex is a professional in the manufactured home and mobile home park field as well as conventional homes. His knowledges are valuable on making first time decision to purchase manufactured home. My husband and I were looking to help my mom purchase her first home. My father had recently passed, and my mom’s living situation quickly changed, so this was something we needed to get done as soon as possible. My husband and I started casually looking at homes on our own and would cold call agents on listings we saw on-line or in person. Every single real estate agent that we would reach out to was honestly very short or rude. They all made us feel like we were wasting their time because we did not have a pre-qualification letter. One real estate agent even refused to show us a listing altogether. They did not care that our circumstances (that my mom needed a place to stay pretty rapidly and unexpectedly) were the reason that we were not pre-qualified at the time.

My husband and I randomly stumbled across a home that Alex had listed, so I grabbed a flier and called. Despite NOT being an “all cash” buyer and also NOT pre-qualified, Alex was pleasant, kind, and professional from the very beginning. He treated us like serious buyers, even though we didn’t have anything to prove that we were.

My family ended up deciding to pursue the house he showed us and the entire process was smooth from that point up until closing. We met with Alex to see the house on June 16th and closed on July 21st! Communication throughout was clear, concise, and effective. Between all the moving parts of purchasing a manufactured home: the house being finished, getting park approval, and closing funding, Alex was able to keep everyone moving forward in order to meet our goal’s deadline.

On signing day, there was a small mis-communication on what we would owe at closing, so we were short about $100. He offered to cover us so we wouldn’t have to make a special trip just to drop off a check, considering we live over an hour away. I feel like this really speaks to the type of person he is. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable about bay area real estate, but he is also an awesome person that genuinely enjoys helping people.

When my husband and I look to move and possibly purchase our next home, we will definitely be reaching out again. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to all of our family and friends. Alex Ho was our realtor agent who helped our family in purchasing a brand new manufactured home. We saw the sale posting in front of the place and contacted the phone number on there. Since my parents were more comfortable in speaking Vietnamese, we were referred to Alex to guide us throughout the whole process. Alex was really helpful in answering any questions or concerns that our family had. He has been in the industry for 7+ years, so he’s super knowledgeable and has invaluable experience to help us purchase the place fast. Thanks to his expertise, the process of applying for park approval was smooth and speedy. He also referred us to our lender who gave a good rate on the loan. From our first touring of the place to when we moved in, it took only 2 months, and that was because the place was not finished building yet when we first toured it! We first met Alex Ho when we checked on a mobile home where he is seller’s agent. He talked to us about the home, very honest in his presentation and answered our questions very well. We are first time buyers so we barely have any idea on things to ask or look for but Alex guided and explained to us the step-by-step process in ways that we understand. He offered to be our Agent to which we agreed. He is very supportive, responds to our queries promptly (either via call/text or email) and with ease, he is very knowledgeable in his area of work, and very eager to help us in every way.

Alex also helped ensure we meet all the requirements for the park approval without pressure. He coordinated with the park manager very well, we can tell he enjoys what he is doing which makes it easy to work with him.

My sister and I needed to sell our mobile home located in the Eastridge Estates as soon as possible but we did not know of any agent at the time. We came across some old mail that we got in the past and saw a holiday greeting letter from Alexander (Alex) Ho and read through it along with all the good reviews of him so we decided to contact Alex for help. After one phone call and meeting Alex in person, we decided to work with Alex to get our mobile home sold. We like that Alex was very friendly and understanding of our situation. I met Alexander Ho in the summer of 2021 to inquiry about trading/upgrading my mobile home. I realized that I didn’t want to trade in my mobile home anymore. I wanted to stay here a few more years and relocate in the future. I eventually wanted to sell my home and wanted to work with Alex. So, I paid attention to how Alex worked and helped all his clients buy & sell throughout these years by keeping up with his social media and seeing all the work he does in my mobile home community.

Fast forward to this year, I worked with Alex Ho again but this time to sell my mobile home. Hiring Alex as my listing agent was the BEST decision I’ve ever made. He was so efficient and worked so fast. He explained all about the process of selling and how he can get me top dollar for my mobile home. He was also on top of his communication. After couple days, he worked with my schedule and sent a photographer to take pictures of my house. After photos were taken, my house was already on the market the next day. I couldn’t believe how fast he was on top of it.

Viewings were scheduled left & right. He had buyers lined up for showings and he also had agents show their buyers my home. With every viewing, Alex would update me with feedbacks on how each showing went. After 5 days on the market, Alex brought me a cash offer and my home went pending just like that! My house sold in two weeks and when the money hit my account, I couldn’t believe how fast this all went through!

I don’t know how he juggles with two kids and still has time for his clients, but he does! He’s up early in the morning and late at nights. I know because he’s always answering and responding to all my messages. Alex is also always busy with his family whenever I call him. You can hear his baby crying in the background when he answers his phone haha. Even with a crying baby, he’s always on the phone updating and being patient with me whenever we speak.

I am now using Alex Ho as my buyer’s agent on helping me find my next home. He is very detailed and is already on top of the things I must have when it comes to buying. I need a home with good school district for my daughter. I gave him a list of things that I would want in my next home and he’s already on top of sending me listings and off markets. It’s not easy working with a picky buyer like me but I consider myself lucky to have found Alex.

Before upgrading to our new home, our previous house was extremely old; the material looked cheap and everything was creaky, and clearly aged with stains that would not be removed. Furthermore, the floorplan and the interior designs of the house was lackluster as it did not fully expand on the potential of our lot. Overall, there was an obvious need to upgrade.

We chose to work with Alliance Homes because of our close proximity to the office and because of Alliance’s expertise in our mobile park. We eventually worked with Alexander Ho because he could speak Vietnamese and because he has worked with other people in our park before.

The entire process of working with Alexander Ho went pretty quickly and smoothly. We kept in contact over the phone and email, but found that the easiest and most efficient way was through text which really allowed us to be flexible with the communication. Customization was simple as Alexander went through the materials and blueprint with us. As an upgrade/trade-in expert, he was definitely helpful and knowledgeable in answering our many questions. He also knew many people in the field such as the construction team and had the resources to help us buy our home.

The time from moving out and getting the house rolled in and ready was supposed to be the average which Alex mentioned in the beginning would be around 2-3 months. However, the Alliance team was able to finish the house within 6 weeks. Then we had our walk-through; it took an hour but we were able to understand the workings of our house and noted any other issues we had which were just minor touch ups. Our favorite feature of the house is definitely the kitchen and the large island.

An advice we would give to those considering an upgrade/trade-in and buying with Alexander Ho is to ask as many questions as you would like no matter how small the issue might be. Sell or buy a home, I would highly recommend Alex Ho as your realtor. We used him both as a seller’s agent and as a buyer’s agent, and there is not a single thing we were dissatisfied with! Before upgrading to a new home, we had a 1975 mobile home. We lived in it for 26 years. Over the years we remodeled a few times. It was home for a long time. Many memories were made. We raised our kids in it. In the end it had several problem areas throughout including termites, mold, soft spots in the floors. It became time to upgrade.

We knew there was a mobile home dealership off Monterey Rd. About five years ago we went and looked at the models. All of them were gorgeous. I wanted to buy then, but my husband wasn’t ready. We compromised on getting one in five years instead of 10 years. And then came the day to pick it out. We met Alex Ho. A charming young man with a ton of knowledge about manufactured homes. He asked us questions and got to know us so he had an idea of what we were looking for and what would be suitable for our lives. Then he walked us through each of the models and shared his wisdom with us. He brought up things that we never even thought about when buying a new home. He had the latest and greatest information to share with us about manufactured homes and considered our needs so thoughtfully and gently. He wasn’t pushy like many salesmen. He let us have time on our own as well to browse each model. Alex gave us his cell number and we went home to think about our choices and all the ideas Alex had for us. We decided to go with Alex as our realtor.

Throughout the entire process Alex always responded to our texts and calls promptly and still does. Alex is a very helpful person. He even sent us a Christmas card during the holidays. He is very detail oriented and is excited to work and help. His aim was to make us happy throughout the whole process.

Alex is an upgrade/trade-in expert. He has new and fresh ideas so you can make your dream home even better than what you imagined. He’s a great listener so you get your wants and needs met. He helped us design our new home from the inside out and outside in. Very thorough. He thought of everything. He was in communication with the builders often making sure everything was being made to order. The completion date of our new home was on point. It usually takes 6-7 weeks once you move out of your old mobile home. It was about 5 1/2 weeks. We got the keys sooner than expected!

The day we were handed our keys and had our walk-through was a day we’ll never forget. We walked into our new home and were amazed at the beauty and openness of all the rooms. We went into every room and were shown every nook and cranny. We were taught how to use everything from electrical outlets and appliances to the pilot light outside. We went over all the warranties and paperwork.

Our new home is so beautiful. Some of our favorite features are the high ceilings. And tray ceilings in the living room and master bedroom. Everywhere you look there is gorgeous crown molding. There are window cornices on each window in the house. It feels so fancy. Ok the kitchen is the star with it’s stunning granite countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. We have huge island. I just love it! Every room feels so spacious. In the master bathroom we have a stainless-steel shower tower panel with four different spouts. So luxurious.

We recommend our neighbors and friends if they’re in the market to do an Upgrade (Trade-in) to work with Alex Ho. He made it easy for us.
We would definitely work with Alex again. He said he’d be available to us always for questions and just to say hey. What a great guy!

As we were looking into selling our mobile home, we talked to a few different agents but things didn’t work out for a few different reasons. We then decided to reach out to Alexander Ho after seeing his SOLD sign at another mobile home in the same park. The process was fast and easy. With just one phone call and one meeting in person, Alexander became our listing agent.

Alexander was very knowledgeable about the housing market and understand what the buyer and seller want. After touring our home and made comparisons with similar homes in the market, Alexander was able to come up with the highest and most attractive listing prices. We received many offers and our home was sold for top dollars just a few days after listing.

Through out the whole selling process, Alexander was very responsive and answered all the questions we had. He was able to convince the buyer to accommodate to all the conditions we asked for. My name is Christopher Russell. I am a grandfather to five grandchildren. A few years ago, after a surprise medical situation, I was forced to downsize my life-including selling the family home of 35+ years and moving to an apartment for a while. As time went by, I decided to share some of my good fortunes with my daughters and their families. Partly thank them for all the help they gave me while I was hospitalized. That decision led to my first introduction to Alexander Ho by my middle daughter, and her spouse who had hired his representation in the hunt for an affordable manufactured home. If you know manufactured homes, you know finding a 4-bedroom manufactured home in a short period of time is almost impossible. Well, Alex, outdid himself this time. He not only found my daughter a four-bedroom home, but it also had a bonus room (5th bedroom) and a huge backyard. Alex was able to get us a private viewing two days before the open house. Alex counseled us to offer a cash down payment, as well as asking a bit over the asking price, Alex hounded the sellers into accepting our offer and canceling their next day’s scheduled open house. Alex’s magic touch worked again. Once you let him know you’ve found your ideal home, he works tirelessly to help make it happen. I highly recommend employing his services.

My name is Jennifer Russell (Christopher’s youngest daughter). This review will serve as my very high recommendation for Housing Consultant Alex Ho. As you read in my father’s review, Alex has helped my family find their forever homes. Alex has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective consultant. I think he has magical powers too, because I never imagined getting the very first home, he found for us. Alex knew I was looking for a 4-5 bedroom, 2 bath, 3-4 car parking space with a back yard area. Within a couple of days of hiring his services, he was able to get me a private touring of a manufactured home in a beautiful gated community a couple days before their big open house. Alex met me at the new place and I immediately fell in love with it. The outside was beautifully remodeled with a large front deck, big open floor plans which will be awesome for hosting dinners, new stainless-steel top of the line appliances, 4 bedrooms (plus a bonus room/5thbedroom), 2 bath, space for 4 cars, and a HUGE backyard that overlooks a beautiful pond. EVERYTHING I WANTED in a manufactured home! Alex knew this was the one I had to have. He communicated with me every step of the way, sometimes sending me messages during his off hours, weekends, because he knew I was impatiently waiting to hear any new updates. Alex does a great job of listening to his client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to my late-night texts. Alex shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction gets done in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Alexander Ho the quality of his service was outstanding. Within a few days of speaking with him, he had a sign in front of the property and was ready to schedule walkthroughs. He is very polite and would always call ahead for walkthroughs, making sure to work around our availability.

We were surprised to be able to contact him at odd hours of the day regarding our questions and concerns. He was always professional and ready to talk. There was never any pressure or rush to make a decision. During the listing process we changed our offer window multiple times and Alex was very flexible with accommodating.

Hello all, first time buyer here, and I am typing this review in the comfort of my new home with many thanks Alexander Ho! I was apprehensive, undecisive, and even fearful of not having enough qualifications. I’ve spent many months looking, snooping and browsing but never had the courage to seek an agent, until one day the stars aligned and got referred by a family friend who recently closed with Alex.

With hundreds of questions like an endless bottom of the deepest bering sea, I asked Alex questions at any given hour, and I received a thorough well written answer with haste. We had a mobile home that was built in 1881, our old home’s had major leaks in the kitchen, the window and our bathroom, it needed a new other things.

We went to Alliance model homes on Monterey highway and meet Alexander Ho, he was amazing from the first day, I am a new to this process and also knew that I would need an agent that would be able communicated with my mom as well. There is three Alex at Alliance but Alex Ho is only Vietnamese speaking.

Before upgrading to our new home, our old home was over 15 years old and had lots of issues with plumbing and was overall not functional enough to support our family anymore.

We heard around our neighborhood that Alliance Homes does most of the trade ins so my sister and I went on the Alliance Homes page and researched the agents with Alliance and we found Alexander Ho and read all his reviews. I am new to this process and also knew that I would need an agent that would be able to communicate my mom in Vietnamese as well as myself, a new homebuyer with no knowledge of the buying process. All his clients had such great feedback and I knew I wanted to work with him, so I decided to reach out!

I am so amazed at how seamless the process was! Like I said, I had no knowledge of the process and Alex Ho walked me through every step to ensure I understood what was happening. He answered all of our questions and was always willing to hop on a call or drop by to help us. He explained all the paperwork in detail, outlined the process, gave us accurate timelines, and was always available to my mom and I.

We had a mobile home that was built in 1975. It was starting to get leaks in the roof, it needed a new kitchen, and many other things. We went to Alliance model homes on Monterey Highway and met Alex. He was amazing from the first day! He explained everything to us and took a lot of time with us. We even went to another mobile home show room and we were so disappointed with the agents. No one helped us or even showed us their models like Alex did. We decided to get a home from Alliance because of Alex.

Alex walked us through all of the steps from the first day until the last day. He would call, email and text us to let us know what was happening and just to check in with us. He listened to what we wanted, and he was even able to have bookshelves and a mantle designed and put into our home, which is something this model has never had done before. Alex was able to answer every question we had, and he even drew our attention to things I would have never thought of.

Alex went above and beyond our expectations and I would tell anyone who was looking to Upgrade or Trade In their mobile home to go through Alex. You will not be disappointed!

Our home was ready in the time we were given and the walk through with the warranty team and Alex was great! They had a list of things they were going to touch up, things I would never have seen.

A few of my favorite features in the house is our mantle and bookshelves over the fireplace, the farmhouse sink and our shower head.

Before upgrading to a new home, our old home’s roof had major leaks in the kitchen, the hallway, and our master bedroom. We saw Alex’s ads from the mailbox one day and decided to reach out to him for an appointment to look at the models. First impression looking at the models and interactions with Alex were great. He was very knowledgeable from introducing all the models they had on-site, to explaining the whole buying process; thus we felt confident and decided to go with Alliance Homes.

We loved the fact that we could customize our new home as a first time home buyer. We also enjoyed meeting with Alex at our appointments to customize our new home. We wanted an all-white kitchen, laminate throughout including in 4 bedrooms, an industrial sink for the kitchen, and wanted our own unique layout for our new home. What more could we ask for when we had a chance to customize our first home?

We also love how flexible Alex was. I could text him with questions or concerns at 9-10p.m. and he would still happily respond with answers right away. He would get back to us the next day or so if it was something he didn’t have answer for. Alex was very helpful and accommodating throughout our first time home buying journey. I would consider Alex as an Upgrade/Trade-in Expert because he knows what he is doing. He knows the market very well.

Even though the factory installed wrong color of the kitchen counter tops, our completion date for our new home was very close to the target date. We moved out for a couple of weeks more than we anticipated because upgrade was during COVID-19 pandemic and the factory had to fix their mistake. Walk-through was thorough with the warranty team (Dave) and Alex. Dave showed us everything around our new home that needed minor touch-ups and everything was fixed within the next couple of days. We had to wear masks and maintain our 6 ft. social distancing due to COVID-19.

My favorite features and upgrades of my new home is our all-white kitchen with a big island. My husband and I love to cook so having a spacious kitchen with a big island is OUR DREAM. Our old home didn’t have a walk-in closet. I now have a walk-in closet to myself where I could display my favorite shoes and bags. At our first appointment with Alex, we knew right away we needed an air conditioning unit because our old home didn’t have AC. And Alex made it happen!

I would recommend my neighbor to do a Trade-in with Alliance Homes. Our process took a bit longer than usual but that was because my mom gifted us our old home for the trade-in. We love homes from Alliance. We checked out other homes from other companies but we still preferred Alliances Homes because of how well-made they are. I would advise my neighbors or friends that is considering an upgrade/trade-in and buying a home to prepare a list of the wanted items for the new home. It would make the process easier knowing what you want from the start.

At our walkthrough, Alex surprised us with bag of gifts. Our biggest surprise was a check of our monthly fee for our storage unit. Alex contacted the factory and tried to get them to pay for the additional month of our storage unit fee due to the mistake on their end. However, they were not willing to pay the full amount and only paid partial. Alex surprised us by giving us a check of the full monthly amount along with some souvenirs from Alliance Homes.

Thanks Alex for making our first time home buying experience a GREAT one. Thanks Laura for helping us with our loan process to get the lowest rate possible. Appreciative and thankful is an understatement!!

Alex is the agent everyone needs to ask for, he is polite/informative and always on time for appointments. He will take texts/calls at all times of the day and get back to you promptly. I am glad I met him on a random open house after my previous realtor had not helped me get a home that my wife and I wanted from a bid war. He showed me a “brand new” home that was “not” on the market and even gave me a promotional discount on top of it. He has been there from the start to closing and still checks up on me to make sure if I have any questions or concerns.

This company is great for all new buyers and experienced ones. Laura was also very kind/patient and very detailed to what was needed for the application/contract to purchase the home.

We were very happy that we got to work out our home upgrade with Alex Ho, one of the agents at Alliance Homes. Before the upgrade, we had a very old home and it was desperate for upgrades and renovations. However, after talking with Alex, it was clear from the beginning that upgrading the home was the best solution. Additionally, we realized early on that working with Alex was the right choice for assisting us with the upgrade.

What was great through the whole upgrade process was that Alex presented all of the different ways the new home could be customized. He meticulously walked us through every customizable solution for the home and gave us time and suggestions for what will work. For that reason, we were able to pick out exactly how we would want the new upgraded home to be.

On top of that, every time we had a question or any uncertainty, Alex responded promptly and responsively so that we know we are making the right decision. There wasn’t a question that he didn’t know about and he was eager to help us as much as he could.

Once the home was completed, we had a walk-through conducted by Alex and someone from the warranty team. Having something like that was very comforting and it made us feel that Alliance and Alex didn’t just want us to buy a home, but that they wanted us to feel like the right choice was done. Furthermore, it demonstrated that, once the sale is done, the warranty team is there if there are any issues.

I had issues before upgrading my old 1964 mobile home. It had termites; It was not well-insulated so it was very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. The remodeling cost was estimated to be almost the cost of a brand new manufactured home. So, I explored my options and Alliance Homes attracted me because when I first met Alexander Ho, he walked me through the display models, explained to me the upgrade process, and was very helpful right off the bat throughout my visit. Alliance has two local manufacturers: Clayton & Skyline. Alex helped design my manufactured home to my specifications, to my level of details, and had sent in my order to both Clayton & Skyline.

Alex did everything from start to finish. First, he came to my old mobile home to measure my lot in the mobile home park to give me an idea of what new home size I can fit on my lot. Then he drafted a floor plan with my specifications, worked on the customization, and sent the drawing of the new home to his manufacturers where their architects and engineers work on it using the HCD Codes and Standards. A few days later, he called and presented to me the floor plans, the estimated cost of the new manufactured home, and went over all the details. Alex is very knowledgeable in this field of work. He was always courteous and responded to my calls on the same day. He was helpful and put his client’s interests first, it was never about the sale from the beginning. With all the upgrades with his past clients, Alex gave me advices and feedbacks to make sure that I customized the home that I would be proud of.

Alex is an expert in trade-ins/upgrading in the Manufactured/Mobile Home industry. Before I met Alex, I spoke with two other sale agents at different companies. I gave them my list of specifications on the new manufactured home with all my customizations (location of the sink in the kitchen, third door on the side of the manufactured home, etc..). A lot of time was spent on the design of the manufactured home but they could not draft up a floor plan that was both practical and to my needs. Alex on the other hand, drew the plan with all the specifications that I wanted, found the builder who made the manufactured home to my specifications, and stayed within my budget.

The completion date of the new home was very accurate. Alex was on point with the completion date that he told me when we first met. The walk-through with the warranty team and Alex was very helpful. The warranty team leader and Alex were on time for the appointment; They were courteous and professional. The warranty team leader was thorough in telling us all the features of the home; His instructions were very clear. With my brand new home, I got it exactly the way I customized it: high 9 foot ceiling, thicker installation, hard surface counter tops, stainless steel appliances, brighter living space area and hallway, and recessed LED lightings featured in all the areas I requested it. For anyone who is considering to upgrade/trade-in their home, I would advise them to call Alex Ho. His breadth of knowledge in this field is wonderful and he will take good care of you throughout the upgrade process.

I had my old single wide mobile home for 10 plus years and needed a new, bigger, and more efficient home for my family and I. We had problems with our old home and knew that we needed to change and upgrade/trade-in to a brand new home. So by upgrading, we knew that we would upgrade to a new balcony, appliances, and new washer and dryer for our future home. What attracted us to Alliance was that they had local manufacturers that could build our new home. After viewing the models with Alexander Ho, we liked the way the homes were built. That’s when we knew that we can work with the company and upgrade to a brand new home. The materials the manufacturer used for their homes were built with great quality. They had the best material which makes this place seem like an actual home. I even had the best buy worker who put my washer and dryer in say “this place is like a home inside,” It was well worth it and the both of us are really proud of our new home!

Alex was very helpful and was willing to work with us, which made us feel comfortable and like family. He is a great agent and was very positive throughout the upgrading process. Alex is also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to situations that we had. He made this dream come true for my wife and I and we are very proud. He is a manufactured expert at his job by Upgrading/Trading in our home. He explained to us about the upgrade program, RPP (Resident Preferred Pricing) and helped us customize our brand new home. Even though we had a small hiccup with the park, we thought we were not getting this place, he fought for us to have our brand new place. Overall it was well worth it. Thank you again Alex!

Our completion date was accurate but had a setback because of the change in jobs I had, but the patience of getting our place it was worth it. Before receiving our new home, we had the walk through to see the finish finishes. It was great, we had a little cosmetic situation but it was fixed after our walk through. Our favorite upgrade is the kitchen, there are so many cabinet space and drawers. We also enjoyed the fact that there is an actual separate room for the laundry, which makes it feel like a new home and does not feel like a mobile home. Heck ya!

We would highly recommend to Upgrade/ Trade-in with Alliance to our neighbors. The reason why is because the quality of the materials and the agency willing to work with you to do so like Alex Ho. The advice I would give the neighbors if doing so, I would tell them it takes about two months but it’s a very quick process and it will highly pay off in the end.

Even though I love the place and we are happy with it. Alex is a great realtor! I wish we were able to do the walk through during the weekends instead during the week. We had to sign in the morning but it would have been better if we were able to do the signing at a place after 3pm because it was very hard for both me and my wife. We had to reschedule and miss work to do so. That was the only issue we both had. Overall, our new home is very top notch and we got to customize our very own home! Thank you Alliance Team!!

Alex Ho recently helped my grandmother and I purchase a manufactured home in San Jose. He was very attentive to our needs, and was always “on the ball” when it came to addressing any concerns we may have had. He also was very good about checking in with us after the purchase of our home.

We had Alexander Ho as our buying agent, and he did great by us, helping us by the home we wanted for our new family in the Adobe Wells park in Sunnyvale. He also served as the sellers agent, which gave us pause initially, but Alex was able to appease our concerns and we’re so glad that we chose to go with him. He was honest, incredible fast, and helpful through the whole home buying process. In fact, we did most of the purchasing process while on our Honeymoon in Japan. Alex served as a middle-man for us with the off-hours, and kept us in the loop of the process the whole time. We came home from 3 weeks overseas, signed papers, and moved into our home. A rare occurrence for sure, but it was made possible by Alex’s help. We have already told my Sister In Law to contact Alex for her own purchase in the park, because we know Alex will help her out. If anybody else is interested in buying a home in a mobile home park in this area, I’ll be giving them Alex’s information.

My parents have been looking for a home for a while; it was just our luck that we were able to get Alexander Ho from Alliance Manufactured Homes as our realtor. He represented us as a Buyer’s Agent. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was as helpful as you can get. My parents don’t speak English very well, and there were many things in the home buying process that confused them. Alexander was there every step of the way; he was extremely responsive to all my parents’ questions. He even dropped by at late hours to help guide my parents with their paperwork and answer all their questions. At one point, there were some complications with the approval process, and Alex was able to help us resolve it. We are settling into the new place soon, and we can’t thank him enough. We definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell.

Before upgrading to a new home, we had issues with our old home being too small. We wanted a bigger home, so we decided to visit Alliance Homes and check out their 4 lot models. From the moment we walked in we had a warm welcome. Alex Ho showed us the different models on site and was very knowledgeable about the RPP Upgrade (Trade-in) Program. Both Alex Ho & Alex Ching broke everything down and were upfront. The process of working with Alex Ho was great on customizing our brand new home. He walked us through everything step by step and notified us immediately of any changes in layouts, plan, etc. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The completion date for our new home was accurate and on-time. The walk-though for our brand new home was very informative. The warranty team has been very responsive and helpful. Seeing the finished product of our home, our favorite features and upgrades are the extra spaces and seeing it all put together. We would recommend our neighbors to do an Upgrade (Trade-in) with Alliance Homes because we had a great experience. Everyone at Alliance was great. If anyone is every considering Upgrading (Trading-in) your home, we would recommend to get informed and if you decided to upgrade your home you won’t be disappointed! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better sales agent. Alex was great through out the process. He was very helpful and was always there no matter what it was that we needed. We truly appreciate everything he did for us. I have recommended Alex Ho to people who have asked me questions about buying a mobile home and I hope they get to work with him in the future.
