Hello all, first time buyer here, and I am typing this review in the comfort of my new home with many thanks Alexander Ho! I was apprehensive, undecisive, and even fearful of not having enough qualifications. I’ve spent many months looking, snooping and browsing but never had the courage to seek an agent, until one day the stars aligned and got referred by a family friend who recently closed with Alex.

With hundreds of questions like an endless bottom of the deepest bering sea, I asked Alex questions at any given hour, and I received a thorough well written answer with haste. I have told Alex about my living conditions, from couch surfing, studio’s, and rentals in San Jose over a decade. All that “rental” money “gone,” and quite frankly I am sick of not being able to have any monetary retention just sucks.

Alex encompasses knowledge, determination, patience, and passion, all positive characteristic of a great agent. Alex was able to put my mind at ease and helped me through the process from looking for a home, to referring a loan liaison extraordinaire, Laura, and finally closing escrow yippie!
